2day marks the last day of my job b4 i officially start my study break. yup. that's right, i stop 4 2 wks temporary to study 4 upcoming exams. but wat a perfect timing, i cun get a chance to witness the launch of the new menu gallery. it is launching on the 20th aug, but i m studying at home by then.every time lk that one, miss out the exciting parts lk opening of stc, coming in of new cakes etc due to sch work n now this. the new galleries more fun cause it will totally be new, most of the food will be change n i dun noe how the new cover will look lk.
wouldn't it be gd that i m there on that day n can u imagine the whole atmosphere? the customers that day will be damn lucky s they would be the first few who will try the new food. now the worst part is, nt only i wun be there on that day, but i will only be back abt 1 wk after the new menu is launched. i m scared that i will nt be able to cope with the understanding of the food, cause i m still studying the notes now. at least the present menu, i m able to recommend the dishes n say wat is inside, but things will be diff with the new one. more time need to be taken to really learn everythign w/o asking colleagues.
stc 2day damn busy again. dun noe wat event they having outside. it has been a long time since stc was ever so busy that it faced full hse n turn-over rate was fast. as usual, only 2 service staff outside n it was chaotic. i specially feel lk slapping customers who cun read the sign " pls wait to be seated" n juz walk in lk it is their grandfather shop lk that. then they will complain that nobody notice them n din give them the menus. c'mon man, if we r busy, n they walk in un-noticed, they only have themselves to blame. summore, if they anyhow go in n sit lk that, it wouldn't be fair 4 those customers who r queuing outside to wait 4 seats. i oso hate those customers who occupy a big seat when they r only 1 person. most cases, 2 person want to sit on a 4 seater, then when crowd come, we have to join the 2 seaters 4 big grps n that will take up lots of time n energy.
eeyer, nt fair. another of the kitchen staff that i can tok to easily is being transferred back to his own outlet, which means i have 1 less fren again. now left 1 kitchen staff to tok 2 only. y is it everyone that i noe r being transferred elsewhere? first was BC, now is GWC. dun care abt the names, this r the outlets that both of my frenz r transferred to.
have to study 4 exam liao. chem rxn n fluid mec first nxt wk. focus on this 2 first s there r many things to rmb n study 4 each of them.
